2. Relative humidity is kept below 50% when the temperature peaks at +40°C. However, higher humidity levels are permissible at lower temperatures, such as 90% when the temperature is +20°C; maintaining the integrity and safety of the components.

3. The environment must be free of corrosive and explosive gases, and devoid of any conductive or insulating dust; ensuring the longevity and reliability of our distribution box.

4. Installation should occur vertically without significant shaking or shock vibration, and the inclination should not exceed 5 degrees; safeguarding the stability and efficiency of the equipment.

5. The installation site should not be at an altitude exceeding 2000 meters; ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

6. During transportation and storage, the temperature should range from -25°C to +55°C, with a short-term exposure limit of +70°C not exceeding 24 hours; ensuring the equipment's durability and dependability.

When placing an order, the User shall provide:

1. A detailed main circuit distribution system diagram, including phase layout, rated working voltage, current, protection device walking current, and all necessary technical specifications; ensuring a seamless integration into your infrastructure.

2. Clear indications of the specifications for both incoming and outgoing cables; ensuring precise connectivity and performance of the distribution box.

3. The model, specification, and quantity of the main electrical components within the differential cabinet; ensuring the distribution box meets your specific needs and requirements.

4. If a bus extrusion or duct between switch cabinets or incoming cabinets is necessary, please specify the detailed requirements such as span and height from the ground; ensuring a custom fit for your operational setup.

5. If the switch cabinet will be used in special environmental conditions, these should be detailed at the time of order; ensuring it meets your unique operational challenges.

6. The desired surface color of the switch cabinet along with any other specific requirements; ensuring it aligns with your aesthetic and functional preferences.
