Our switch cabinet is expertly designed for a wide range of applications, operating seamlessly within an AC 50 (60) Hz environment, offering a rated working voltage of 400V or 660V, and supporting a robust current of up to 5000A. Ideal for diverse settings such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, as well as commercial spaces like buildings, hotels, airports, docks, and communication centers. It serves as an integral component for power generation, transmission, distribution, conversion, and control, effortlessly integrating with capacitance compensation cabinets for reactive power optimization via the founder bus. Adheres strictly to national standards: GB7251.1 for low-voltage switchgear and IEC60439 for switchgear and control equipment.
Use Environment
1. Designed for environments where the ambient air temperature does not exceed +40°C or drop below -5°C, maintaining an average temperature not higher than +35°C over a 24-hour period.
2. Optimized for humidity conditions, allowing a relative air humidity of up to 50% at +40°C, with higher humidity levels permissible at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C. Be mindful of occasional moderate condensation due to temperature shifts.
3. Meant for indoor applications, ensuring operational efficiency at elevations not surpassing 2000 meters.
4. Install in locations free from severe vibration or impact, and where electrical components remain uncorroded for maximum longevity and performance.

When placing an order, the User shall provide:
1. A comprehensive main circuit distribution system diagram and phase layout, including rated working voltage, current specifications, protection device characteristics, and essential technical parameters.
2. Clearly specify the specifications for incoming and outgoing cables to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
3. Details on the model, specifications, and quantities of the principal electrical components to be utilized within the differential cabinet.
4. If bus extrusion or bus duct installations are required between the switch cabinets or incoming cabinets, please specify detailed data such as span and height from the ground.
5. Special environmental conditions under which the switch cabinet will operate should be specified in detail at the time of ordering.
6. Surface color preferences for the switch cabinet, along with any additional specifications and customizations desired.
