GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is widely used in power plants, metallurgical rolling and steel rolling, petrochemical industry, light industry and textiles, ports and terminals, buildings and hotels and other places as AC three-phase four-wire or five-wire system, voltage 380V, 660V, frequency of 50Hz, rated current of 5000A and below power supply system for power distribution and motor centralized control.
GCK is fully type-tested and CCC certified, and is assembled as a high-grade low-voltage switchgear designed to meet the following standards:

International Standard IEC604391-1992 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment"
The basic cabinet frame of GCk is a combined assembly structure, all the structural parts of the cabinet frame are galvanized, sprayed with plastic, and connected to each other into a basic cabinet frame by screw fastening, and the door, baffle, partition, drawer, mounting bracket and bus bar and electrical components and other parts are added as needed to assemble into a complete control center cabinet, and the cabinet structure has the following characteristics:
Cabinet shelves
The cabinet frame is assembled with C profiles, and the cabinet frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.
1.The molding size, opening size, and equipment interval of the parts are modularized (modulus E-20mm, the same below).
2.The internal structural parts are galvanized.
3.The top cover of the cabinet body is detachable, and the four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
4.The cabinet is divided into three mutually isolated sections: bus room, functional unit room and cable room, which can prevent the spread of accidents.
Functional unit (drawer part)
The height modulus of the drawer unit is 200mm, which is divided into five size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1 5 unit, 2 unit and 3 unit. The rated current of the unit circuit is 630A and below.

1.Each MCC cabinet can be equipped with up to 9 1-unit drawers or 1/2-unit drawers.
2.The operating mechanism and the drawer are mechanically interlocked, and the drawer cannot be pulled out when the main switch is in the position of the switch.
3.The operating mechanism of the drawer can be locked in the closing or opening position with a padlock, which can safely carry out the maintenance of electrical equipment.
4.The back of the functional unit has a plug for the incoming and outgoing lines of the main circuit and a secondary plug for the auxiliary circuit.
5.The functional unit compartment is separated by metal partitions.
6.The drawer unit adopts a rotary propulsion mechanism, which has a three-position function, which is simple and reliable to operate.
7.The GCK drawer propulsion mechanism adopts the spiral trajectory along the positioning part movement mode to realize the promotion and extraction of the functional unit, and in the process of advancing and extracting the functional unit, it realizes three-position display and mechanical interlocking and is equipped with a micro switch, and the electrical interlock can be carried out during the test position.
Use Environment
1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 °C, not lower than -5 °C, and the average temperature is not higher than +35 °C in 24 hours;
2. The relative temperature is not more than 50% at the maximum temperature +40 °C, and a higher relative temperature is allowed at the lower temperature, such as 90% at +20 °C;
3. Clean air, no corrosive and explosive gases, no conductive and insulating dust;
4. In the case of no significant shaking and shock vibration, vertical installation, the inclination should not be greater than 5 degrees;
5. The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters;
6. The switch cabinet is suitable for the following temperature transportation and storage: -25 °C to +55 °C, not more than +70 °C in a short time (no more than 24 hours);
7. If the above conditions cannot be met, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.

Ordering Instructions
When placing an order, the User shall provide:
1. Main circuit distribution system diagram phase layout diagram. Rated working voltage, rated working current, protection device walking current and necessary technical parameters.
2. Indicate the specifications of incoming and outgoing cables.
3. The model, specification and quantity of the main electrical components in the differential cabinet.
4. If the bus extrusion or bus duct is required between the switch cabinets or the incoming cabinets, the specific required data such as span and height from the ground shall be indicated.
5. When the switch cabinet is used under special environmental conditions, it should be detailed when ordering.
6. Surface color of the switch cabinet and other specific requirements.
