Use Environment

1. The ambient air temperature should range from no higher than +40°C and not dip below -5°C, while maintaining an average temperature level not exceeding +35°C over a 24-hour period.

2. At a peak temperature of +40°C, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%. However, a higher relative humidity level is permissible at lower temperatures, such as 90% when at +20°C.

3. The air quality must remain pristine, free from any corrosive or explosive gases, and devoid of conductive or insulating dust.

4. Designed for vertical installation in environments free from any significant shaking and shock vibration, the installation tilt should remain within 5 degrees.

5. The installation altitude is limited to 2000 meters above sea level.

6. Suitable for transportation and storage within a temperature range of -25°C to +55°C, with brief exposures (up to 24 hours) permitted at temperatures as high as +70°C.

7. If these conditions are not entirely met, users should engage in discussions with the manufacturer to find viable solutions.

When placing an order, the User shall provide:

1. A detailed main circuit distribution system diagram, phase layout, rated working voltage, rated current, protection device operating current, along with essential technical parameters.

2. Clearly specify the specifications of incoming and outgoing cables for seamless integration.

3. The model, specification, and quantity of the principal electrical components within the differential cabinet must be detailed.

4. If bus extrusion or bus duct is needed between switch cabinets or incoming cabinets, specify all necessary data such as span and height from the ground.

5. Any special environmental conditions under which the switch cabinet will be used should be thoroughly described during the ordering process.

6. Indicate the desired surface color for the switch cabinet and any other specific customization requirements.
