Product Description
Embrace the next generation of electrical innovation with our MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear, ingeniously crafted after meticulous reference to ABB's Swiss MNS series and comprehensive enhancements. This pioneering switchgear stands as China's pinnacle of low-voltage withdrawable technology. Our product integrates standardized, modular components, featuring drawers with robust mechanical interlocks for unrivaled safety and reliability, ensuring the utmost confidence for our users.
Our cutting-edge switch cabinet is designed for an AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, with a rated working voltage of 400V or 660V and a commendable rated current of up to 5000A. It seamlessly fits into three-phase five-wire power systems and is versatile enough for power generation, transmission, distribution, conversion, and consumption control across power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, as well as modern infrastructures like buildings, hotels, airports, docks, and communication centers. Additionally, it includes capacitive compensation via the founder bus for reactive power. Compliant with national standards GB7251.1 and IEC60439 for low-voltage switchgear and control equipment, this cabinet sets the benchmark for excellence.
Use Environment
1. Designed for optimal performance, the ambient air temperature should not surpass +40°C or drop below -5°C. The average temperature must remain within +35°C over a 24-hour period for seamless operation.
2. At +40°C, the ambient air's relative humidity should not exceed 50%. However, it accommodates higher humidity at cooler temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C, while acknowledging that minor condensation may occur with temperature shifts.
3. Exclusively for indoor use, the installation site should not exceed an altitude of 2000 meters, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.
4. Installation requires a stable environment, free from significant vibration or impact, and must prevent corrosion of electrical components, safeguarding the integrity of the system.
