Use Environment

1. The ambient air temperature must be controlled within a range of not higher than +40°C and not lower than -5°C. To ensure optimal performance, the average temperature within any 24-hour period should remain no higher than +35°C.

2. Designed for indoor installation, the intended use location should have an altitude not exceeding 2000m, ensuring reliable operation.

3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the peak temperature of +40°C, while higher relative humidity is permissible at cooler temperatures. For instance, 90% relative humidity at +20°C is acceptable, provided that measures are taken to address any effects of condensation due to temperature fluctuations.

4. Ensure that the equipment maintains an inclination of no more than 5% from the vertical plane upon installation to guarantee stability.

5. Install the equipment in a location free from intense vibrations, impacts, and corrosive elements, which can harm the electrical components over time.

6. Should there be any special requirements, users are encouraged to engage in discussions with the manufacturer to find a customized solution.

When placing an order, the User shall provide:

1. A detailed main circuit distribution system diagram including the phase layout, rated working voltage, rated working current, protection device operational current, and any other essential technical parameters.

2. Clearly specify the specifications of both incoming and outgoing cables for seamless integration.

3. The model, specification, and quantity of key electrical components required in the differential cabinet should be indicated to ensure compatibility.

4. Should bus extrusion or a bus duct be necessary between switch cabinets or the incoming cabinets, precise details such as span and height from the ground must be provided.

5. Any special environmental conditions under which the switch cabinet will operate must be thoroughly detailed at the time of ordering for optimal customization.

6. Specify the desired surface color of the switch cabinet along with any additional specific requirements to meet aesthetic or operational needs.
