Product Description
Our MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a cutting-edge innovation, shaped after meticulous comparisons with ABB's renowned MNS series from Switzerland. Through comprehensive enhancements, we have crafted a superior solution that stands as the most advanced low-voltage withdrawable switchgear in China. This masterpiece is constructed from standardized and series-connected modules. Its drawers are equipped with reliable mechanical interlocks, ensuring unmatched safety and reliability for our valued users.
Engineered for versatility, this switch cabinet caters to AC 50 (60) Hz systems, supporting rated working voltages of 400V to 660V, and current up to 5000A. Designed for three-phase five-wire power systems, it is the ideal choice for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, as well as buildings, hotels, airports, docks, and communication hubs like radio and television centers. Its functionalities stretch across power generation, transmission, distribution, conversion, and consumption equipment control. It further enhances efficiency through reactive power compensation via capacitance compensation cabinets. Our switchgear proudly complies with the national standard GB7251.1 "low-voltage switchgear" and IEC60439 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment" standards, assuring you of global quality and reliability.
Use Environment
1. Optimal performance is guaranteed within ambient air temperatures not exceeding +40 °C or dropping below -5 °C, while maintaining an average temperature below +35°C over a 24-hour period.
2. The ambient air's relative humidity should stay under 50% when temperatures peak at +40°C. However, it's designed to handle higher humidity at reduced temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C, with allowances for light condensation due to fluctuating temperatures.
3. Exclusively for indoor applications, the installation altitude must remain below 2000 meters for optimal efficiency.
4. Install in environments free from severe vibrations and impacts, ensuring the protection of sensitive electrical components from corrosion.
