Product Description
Step into the future with our MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear, a masterpiece meticulously crafted by Xiamen Newcom Electrical Co. Ltd. This cutting-edge switchgear, inspired by ABB's acclaimed MNS series from Switzerland, has been innovatively enhanced to set new standards in China. Each product is a testament to standardization, composed of series modules that culminate in a precise and secure design. The drawers boast robust mechanical interlocks, ensuring enhanced safety and reliability for all users.
Our state-of-the-art switch cabinet is engineered for excellence in AC 50 (60) Hz environments, accommodating rated working voltages of 400V and 660V and rated currents of up to 5000A, within a three-phase, five-wire power system. Its versatility allows it to shine in diverse settings such as power plants, substations, industrial complexes, commercial buildings, hotels, airports, docks, and communication hubs. This product excels in power generation, transmission, and distribution, as well as power conversion and control. It integrates harmoniously with capacitance compensation cabinets for optimal reactive power compensation on the founder bus. This powerhouse conforms to national standard GB7251.1 for "low-voltage switchgear" and the international IEC60439 standards for "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment."
Use Environment
1. Designed to thrive where ambient air temperatures peak at +40 °C and dip no lower than -5 °C. Over a 24-hour period, the average temperature should remain within the comfort zone of +35 °C.
2. The surrounding air should maintain a relative humidity below 50% when temperatures reach +40°C, yet can accommodate higher humidity at cooler temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C. Acknowledging that moderate condensation may occur due to changing temperatures.
3. Perfectly suited for indoor settings, with operational altitudes not exceeding 2000 meters above sea level.
4. Installation should be in tranquil environments free from severe vibrations or impacts, and where electrical components remain unharmed by corrosion.
