Product Description
Introducing the MNS Type Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear—an epitome of innovation and safety by Xiamen Newcom Electrical Co. Ltd. Drawing inspiration from the renowned MNS series by ABB in Switzerland, we've meticulously enhanced the design to deliver the most advanced low-voltage withdrawable switchgear in China. Each product is an assembly of standardized series modules, equipped with robust mechanical interlocks for drawers, ensuring unparalleled safety and reliability for our valued users.
This state-of-the-art switch cabinet is designed for AC 50 (60) Hz systems, with a rated working voltage of 400V to 660V and a rated current up to 5000A. It's ideal for three-phase five-wire power systems, serving as an indispensable asset in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, as well as buildings, hotels, airports, docks, and communication centers like radio and television hubs. It excels in power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion, and equipment control. Additionally, it supports reactive power compensation via a capacitance compensation cabinet. Our switchgear complies with the stringent national standards GB7251.1 for low-voltage switchgear and IEC60439 for low-voltage switchgear and control equipment.
Use Environment
1. Designed for environments where the ambient air temperature does not exceed +40°C and does not drop below -5°C. Over a 24-hour period, the average temperature should remain below +35°C.
2. At the peak temperature of +40°C, the relative humidity should not surpass 50%. However, at lower temperatures, the relative humidity can be higher, up to 90% at +20°C. It is vital to accommodate moderate condensation that might occur due to sudden temperature changes.
3. For optimal performance, this switchgear is intended for indoor use, and the installation site should not be higher than 2000m above sea level.
4. Installation should be in locations free from severe vibrations and impacts, and where the electrical components are protected from corrosion.
