Product Description
Our MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear epitomizes cutting-edge technology, meticulously crafted by Xiamen Newcom Electrical Co. Ltd. Drawing inspiration from the MNS series of low-voltage switchgear by ABB in Switzerland, we've enhanced and revolutionized the design to create the foremost low-voltage withdrawable switchgear in China. Composed entirely of a series of standardized modules, every unit integrates drawers with robust mechanical interlocks, ensuring unrivaled safety and reliability for all users.
The switch cabinet is engineered for AC 50 (60) Hz, with a rated working voltage of 400V to 660V, and handles rated currents of up to 5000A within a three-phase five-wire power system. Perfectly suited for environments such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, commercial buildings, hotels, airports, docks, and communication hubs like radio and television centers. Its functions encompass power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion, and equipment control, enhanced by capacitor compensation cabinets that provide reactive power compensation to the founder bus. Its compliance with national standard GB7251.1 for low-voltage switchgear, and IEC60439 for low-voltage switchgear and control equipment, reaffirms its unmatched quality and performance.
Use Environment
1. The ambient air temperature must not exceed +40 °C or fall below -5 °C, with an average temperature not surpassing +35 °C over a 24-hour period.
2. Relative humidity should remain below 50% at +40°C but can be higher at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C, though occasional mild condensation from temperature fluctuations is possible.
3. Designed exclusively for indoor use, the installation site should be no more than 2000 meters above sea level.
4. Install in stable environments free from violent vibrations and impacts, ensuring protection from corrosion of electrical components.
