Use Environment

1. The ambient air temperature should remain within the comforting range of not exceeding +40 °C, and not dipping below -5 °C, with the average temperature gracefully hovering below +35 °C over a span of 24 hours.

2. The relative humidity cap stands proudly at no more than 50% when the mercury rises to +40 °C, but at cooler climes, a more generous allowance is made, accommodating up to 90% at +20 °C.

3. Experience the purity of clean air, devoid of any corrosive, explosive gases, or dust that might conduct or insulate.

4. Ensure the installation is vertical, with an inclination that should not exceed 5 degrees, in environments free from vigorous shaking and shock vibrations.

5. The breathtaking altitude should not exceed 2000 meters above sea level.

6. The switch cabinet is perfectly suited for transportation and storage in a temperature range of -25 °C to +55 °C, with short-term excursions allowed up to +70 °C for periods up to 24 hours.

7. Should these specified conditions not be met, a collaborative negotiation between the user and manufacturer is advisable.

Ordering Instructions

When placing an order, the User shall provide:

1. A detailed main circuit distribution system diagram and phase layout diagram, including rated working voltage, rated working current, and the walking current for protection devices, alongside all necessary technical parameters.

2. Clearly specify the specifications for both incoming and outgoing cables.

3. Provide the model, specification, and quantity of the main electrical components housed within the differential cabinet.

4. If a bus extrusion or bus duct is required between the switch cabinets or incoming cabinets, precise specifications such as span and height from the ground must be provided.

5. For switch cabinets operating under special environmental conditions, detailed specifications should be communicated during the order process.

6. Specify the desired surface color of the switch cabinet along with any other specific requirements.
