Product Description
Our MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear stands as a pinnacle of engineering, crafted after a thorough evaluation of the esteemed MNS series low-voltage switchgear from ABB, Switzerland. This product stands as the most sophisticated low-voltage withdrawable switchgear in China, featuring standardized modules and series. Each drawer is equipped with reliable mechanical interlocks, ensuring unparalleled safety and reliability for users.
This exceptional switch cabinet is designed for AC 50 (60) Hz systems, accommodating a rated voltage of 400V, 660V, and a hefty rated current of 5000A and below in a three-phase five-wire power system. Ideal for use in power plants, substations, and a plethora of industrial sites such as mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, airports, docks, and media centers. It serves a multitude of purposes: power generation, transmission, distribution, conversion, and equipment control, with the added benefit of reactive power compensation via the capacitance compensation cabinet. Adhering strictly to national standard GB7251.1 'low-voltage switchgear' and the international IEC60439 'low-voltage switchgear and control equipment' standards.
Use Environment
1. The ambient air temperature should remain within the bounds of a maximum of +40 °C and a minimum of -5 °C, with a 24-hour average not exceeding +35 °C.
2. Maintain relative humidity below 50% at a peak temperature of +40°C, with allowances for higher humidity at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C. Note that occasional moderate condensation may occur due to thermal variations.
3. Designed for indoor use, the installation altitude should not surpass 2000 meters above sea level.
4. Installation must occur in a stable environment devoid of intense vibrations or impacts, ensuring that the electrical components remain free from corrosion.
