Product Description
Our MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear stands as a pinnacle of innovation and safety in electrical equipment distribution. Crafted by Xiamen Newcom Electrical Co. Ltd., this state-of-the-art switchgear has evolved by incorporating and surpassing features from the renowned MNS series by ABB, Switzerland. It represents China's forefront in low-voltage withdrawable switchgear technology. Every unit comprises standardized, modular components, and equips drawers with robust mechanical interlocks, ensuring unmatched safety and reliability for every user.
This versatile switch cabinet is engineered for AC 50 (60) Hz, accommodating a rated working voltage of 400V to 660V, and supporting a rated current up to 5000A within a three-phase five-wire power system. Ideal for diverse applications, it seamlessly integrates into power plants, substations, industrial and mining facilities, commercial buildings, hotels, airports, docks, and communication centers such as radio and television. Its roles span power generation, transmission, distribution, conversion, and control of power consumption equipment. Additionally, it facilitates reactive power compensation via the capacitance compensation cabinet to the founder bus. The design adheres stringently to national and international standards: GB7251.1 'Low-voltage switchgear' and IEC60439 'Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment'.
Use Environment
1. The switchgear thrives in an ambient air temperature ranging from a maximum of +40 °C to a minimum of -5 °C, maintaining an average temperature not exceeding +35 °C over a 24-hour period.
2. The surrounding air's relative humidity peaks at 50% at a temperature of +40°C. It tolerates higher humidity levels at reduced temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C, with the occasional presence of moderate condensation due to temperature fluctuations.
3. Designed for indoor deployment, the installation location should not exceed an elevation of 2000 meters above sea level.
4. Optimal performance is ensured when installed in environments free from severe vibration and impact, and where electrical components remain protected from corrosion.
