GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and other power users AC 5DHz, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current 5000A power distribution system, as power, lighting and distribution equipment power conversion, distribution and control.

The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical square, convenient assembly, strong practicability, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage switchgear.

Use Environment

1.The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C and not lower than -5°C. The average temperature within 24 hours must not be higher than +35°C.

2.For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.

3.The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C, and a large relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. (e.g. 90% at +20°C) is concerned about the effects of occasional condensation due to temperature changes.

4.The inclination between the equipment and the vertical plane when installed is not more than 5%.

5.The equipment should be installed in a place where there is no violent vibration and impact, and a place where the electrical components are not enough to be corroded.

6.When the user has special requirements, negotiate w2ith the manufacturer to solve the problem.

 
Introduction To The Structure

1.The cabinet body of the GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the general rejection type, and the frame is partially welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel, and the steel is supplied by the designated production plant to ensure the accuracy and quality of the rejection.
The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle and have 20 mold mounting holes. The high versatility coefficient allows the factory to achieve pre-production, which not only shortens the production and manufacturing cycle, but also provides work efficiency.

2.The design of the GGD cabinet fully considers the heat dissipation problem in the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at both ends of the cabinet, when the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises, and is discharged through the upper slots, and the cold air is continuously supplemented into the cabinet by the lower slots, so that the sealed cabinet body is shaped into a natural air duct from bottom to top, so as to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

3.In accordance with the requirements of modern industrial product design, the GGD cabinet adopts the method of golden ratio to design the appearance of the cabinet and the division size of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and generous, and has a new look.

4.The cabinet door is connected with the hook frame with a rotating hinge movable hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble, and the folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain-shaped rubber and plastic strip, and the embedded strip between the door and the frame has a fixed compression stroke when the door is closed, which can prevent the door from colliding directly with the cabinet, and also improves the protection level of the door.

5.The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected with the frame with multi-strand soft copper wire, and the mounting parts in the cabinet are connected with knurled screws between the cabinet shelf, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.

6.The surface of the cabinet body is sprayed plastic, with strong adhesion and good texture, and the whole cabinet is matte to avoid the resident effect, creating a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.

7.The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main bus on site, and the four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipment.

8.The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and the user can also choose between IP2O and IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.

1. Main circuit distribution system diagram phase layout diagram. Rated working voltage, rated working current, protection device walking current and necessary technical parameters.
